NUMBER

A unique key identifying this record within the database that owns it

NAME

VARCHAR2(65)

The name for this particular configuration. Example: RETENTION POLICY

VALUE

VARCHAR2(1025)

The value for this configuration row. Example: RETENTION POLICY TO RECOVERY WINDOW OF 10 DAYS
